Release funding is how people over the age of 60 release the equity in their home without needing to make any repayments or loose equity to interest.

Release Funding is based on our ground breaking No Interest and No Repayment solution for owners of residential property in Australia.

Owners sell fractional interests to investors at a discount off the market value of the property.

Investors, along with you share proportionally in the capital growth of the property, over a period of up to 10 years

You will have the opportunity to release equity up to 5 times, each time at the current market value (less any discount you offer), ensuring you always get full value for your equity.

Each time you release more equity, you will have the option to extend the term of your agreement, if you extend the term you may need to compensate previous investors who were expecting a maximum of 10 years. The value of this compensation will be discussed with you when you want to release more equity. Compensation is in the form of "Bonus Brix" you allocate from your holdings to existing investors.

  • Undertake a Property Assesment so we can give an inital indication of the 
  • Once you (and all co-owners) complete your account setup, your property will be valued by a licenced valuer.
  • If you are happy with the valuation and all the documents provide, your property will be listed on the MyBrix platform for investors to express their interest in providing capital for you to release equity.
